Donation & Refund Policy

Donations

• All donations made to Ride 2 Rescue Cycling support our nonprofit mission to turn miles into second chances for rescue dogs.

• Donations are generally non-refundable.

Membership Fees

• Annual membership fees are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Refunds for membership fees may be considered within 14 days of purchase if no benefits (swag, discounts, events) have been used.

Merchandise

• Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

IRS Tax-Deductible Status

• Ride 2 Rescue Cycling is a registered nonprofit corporation in Texas.

• IRS 501(c)(3) status is pending. Donations may not be tax-deductible until IRS approval is granted. Once approved, donations made after the effective date of the exemption may be retroactively tax-deductible.
